The HANS M190 and M190G are highly integrated selective laser melting (SLM) platforms that combine a fully self-developed一体化 design, intelligent monitoring, and flexible laser options. They deliver efficient, reliable, and safe metal 3D printing solutions for material research, product development, and small-batch production—spanning from basic process exploration to complex component manufacturing.

Fully Self-Developed Integrated Design
The M190 series adopts an in-house designed, highly integrated architecture. With compact dimensions of just 887×1370×2060 mm, it minimizes floor space while maximizing operational stability and synergy. Despite its small footprint, the system offers a maximum build volume of Φ190×200 mm, balancing space efficiency with manufacturing capability.

Safe & Sustainable: Long-Life Eco-Friendly Filter
Equipped with a long-life eco-friendly filter cartridge, the system efficiently captures dust and fumes generated during printing. This enhances safety for extended continuous builds, extends filter replacement intervals, lowers operating costs, and supports green manufacturing.

Flexible Laser Options: Red or Green
To accommodate different material absorptivity characteristics, the M190 series offers either a red (1060–1080 nm) or green (530–534 nm) laser source.500W red laser – Ideal for conventional metals such as stainless steel, titanium alloys, aluminum alloys, and superalloys.Green laser – Provides significantly higher absorptivity for highly reflective materials like pure copper and copper alloys, ensuring more stable and reliable printing.

This flexibility allows a single platform to cover a broad range of material systems, greatly expanding application possibilities.

Intelligent Monitoring Module: Controllable & Traceable
An integrated intelligent monitoring module enables real-time observation of melt pool dynamics, morphology, and powder spreading quality. It not only helps detect anomalies early but also provides valuable data for optimizing process parameters, improving print success rates and part consistency.

Process Development Friendly: Standard & High-Temperature Small Cylinders
To accelerate new material and process validation, the M190 series includes both standard and high-temperature small build cylinders. Users can explore process parameters and conduct material trials in a reduced build volume, lowering trial costs and significantly improving R&D efficiency.

Breaking Design Limits: Support-Less / Minimal-Support Printing
Thanks to optimized scanning strategies and thermal management, the system supports printing with little or no supports. This greatly enhances design freedom, reduces post-processing workload, and enables manufacturing of traditionally challenging features such as complex internal cavities and overhang structures.
